Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - Taj Palace Hotel

"This was a modern hotel in a city (Delhi) in which I had never previously stayed. Service from the collection at the airport through to personal service in the room from our 'butler' was excellent. I had stayed at George V last month which is always special but this was disarmingly and alarmingly good. Indian hospitality at its best. The only minor disappointment was the restaurant (Tea House of the August Moon). Dim Sum was not quite dim sum, but should one really expect perfection from a Chinese restaurant in an hotel in India? Of this class I think one ought. Still an experience I should like to renew."

"The service was outstanding. Attention was paid to every detail in the room. The spa was one of the best. The gym & pool which I always use while traveling were also excellent. The decor in all the areas was just great. It was luxurious. Every place was very clean. The marble was well polished. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful."
