"Great overall experience. From the moment we checked in we were greeted and made to feel welcome and that we were the most important people in the hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was spectacular - clean, well laid out and very comfortable. There was nothing lacking - they had thought of every detail, no matter how small. The location was great far enough away from the noise of Time Square but close enough to walk. Breakfast came with our package and was perfect. The staff was more than courteous and genuinely wanted to help anyway they could."

"The service and the personnel were exceptionally kind, and assisted me with every question. The only issue I had was that the room was much smaller than I thought.
