"Our accommodations were fantastic. The hotel was recently renovated so, everything was new. The plasma TV was a total surprise. The room was small but perfect for us. There was not much of a view from our room. But, that made no difference since we were on the go the entire trip. The Conrad in Chicago is adjacent to an indoor mall which is very convenient. All of the staff were extremely professional and helpful. We were so impressed and could tell that service is a top priority. Great service makes a huge difference, and I am willing to pay more for it. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel, and the extremely helpful concierge. I will definitely come again and have highly recommended the hotel."

"The room was excellent - very clean and in good decorative order. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was lovely, especially the pillows. Hotel location was good. I did not particularly like the restaurant - it did not have any windows and so I think its location was a mistake - it lacked atmosphere."
